Terms of service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These Terms apply to purchases made through the 360 Relief website and to your use of our online services. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

1. About these Terms and 360 Relief

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 360 Relief website and any order you place with us. Please read them carefully before using the website or purchasing a product.

The seller is Links Wholesale Ltd, trading as 360 Relief ("360 Relief", "we", "us" or "our"). Links Wholesale Ltd is a private limited company, company number 07411508. Our registered office and contact address is 143 Westmoreland Road, Corner of Woodlea Drive, Bromley, United Kingdom, BR2 0TY.

You can contact us by email at info@360relief.co.uk, by telephone on +44 (0)20 8460 6226, or through the Contact Us page on our website.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Shipping Policy and Returns Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion or product-specific term, the more specific term will apply to that matter.

2. Using our website and your account

You may browse the website without creating an account. If you create an account, you must provide accurate and current information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from our failure to keep the website secure.

You must use the website lawfully and must not misuse it, introduce malicious software, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data unlawfully, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected misuse or legal compliance. This does not affect any order or consumer right that already exists.

3. Products and product information

We take reasonable care to make product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, prices and other information accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting and device settings. Packaging may also change without affecting the product itself.

Availability is subject to stock. We may withdraw or change products and may limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including to manage stock, prevent misuse or comply with legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Products supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their usual purpose and as described.

Product information on our website is provided for general information. Where a product is used in connection with a medical condition, pregnancy, circulation issue, injury or recovery, product information is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Please follow product instructions and seek professional advice where appropriate.

4. Orders and when a contract is formed

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. The order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not by itself mean that we have accepted it.

A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order, normally when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirm that the order has been accepted. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and will refund any payment already taken for that order.

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, for example where an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment is not authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or we cannot deliver to the address provided.

Please check your order details before submitting your order. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, our Returns Policy and your statutory cancellation rights will apply.

5. Prices, payment and promotions

Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charge, international shipping cost or other charge payable by you will be shown before you complete checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted. If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that the payment and billing information you provide is accurate.

Discount codes, promotional offers and competitions may have their own terms, eligibility requirements, expiry dates or exclusions. Unless we state otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery options, charges, cut-off times and estimated delivery periods are set out in our Delivery & Shipping Policy and at checkout. Please review those details before placing your order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise.

If delivery is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay and will keep you informed where appropriate. Your statutory rights in relation to late or failed delivery are not affected.

The goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or the physical possession of a person you identify to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where it is fair and lawful to do so.

7. Cancellations, returns, refunds and faulty goods

Our Returns Policy provides a 30-day return window for eligible items and explains the condition, packaging, hygiene and return-postage requirements that apply. This goodwill policy is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

For most online purchases, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give consumers a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Certain exceptions apply, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not meet your statutory rights, please contact us promptly. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 may include a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances and timing.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable law. Where the law requires us to refund standard delivery charges, we will do so. Enhanced delivery charges above the cost of our standard delivery option are not refundable unless required by law or the service was not provided as agreed.

8. International orders

International delivery availability and charges are shown at checkout where offered. Shipping rates may depend on the destination, weight and dimensions of the parcel.

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges or local fees imposed by the destination country, unless the checkout expressly states that those charges are included. Customs processes may affect delivery times.

You are responsible for ensuring that products can lawfully be imported into and used in the destination country. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

9. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including our brand names, logos, product photographs, text, graphics, videos, layout and other materials, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, licence, scrape or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission, except where the law allows it.

Third-party trade marks, names and content remain the property of their respective owners. No licence is granted to use any trade mark except as necessary to use the website in the ordinary way.

10. Shopify and service providers

Our online store is hosted using Shopify technology. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that helps us operate the store, but your purchase contract is with 360 Relief / Links Wholesale Ltd, not Shopify.

We may use payment, delivery, review, analytics and other service providers where necessary to operate the website, process payments, fulfil orders and support our services. Our use of personal information and service providers is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Reviews, feedback and user content

If you submit a review, image, comment or other content to us or through the website, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt and publish that content for the purposes of operating, improving and promoting 360 Relief, including on our website, social media and marketing materials. This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

We may moderate or remove content where we reasonably believe it is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, irrelevant, contains personal information that should not be public, or breaches these Terms. We will not require you to waive legal rights in exchange for submitting feedback.

12. Privacy and cookies

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, the lawful bases we rely on, who we share it with, international transfers where applicable, retention and your rights.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies. Where consent is required, you can manage your choices through the cookie controls made available on the website. Essential cookies may be used where necessary to provide the service you request.

13. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory rights relating to goods.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious that it would happen or if, when the contract was made, both you and we knew it might happen.

We are not responsible for losses that are not caused by our breach or negligence, or for loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen. If you use products or the website for business purposes, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, data or business opportunity, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, network or utility failure, customs delay, government action or other comparable events. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

If such an event materially delays your order, any statutory right you have to cancel because of late delivery remains available to you.

15. Changes to the website and these Terms

We may update the website and these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, technology or legal requirements. The version published on the website when you place an order will normally apply to that order unless a change is required by law.

Where a change materially affects ongoing services or rights, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use of the website after an updated version is published means the updated Terms will apply to future use and future orders.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law. Consumers may also seek advice from Citizens Advice or the relevant consumer protection body in their part of the UK.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have waived that right. A delay in enforcement does not prevent us from enforcing it later.

No person other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms as part of a reorganisation, sale or transfer of our business, provided this does not reduce your statutory rights. You may transfer your rights where the law allows or with our written agreement.
