The gel pads sit directly around the patella (kneecap), spreading pressure evenly instead of digging in at one point — the main complaint with cheaper compression-only knee sleeves. Side stabilisers add lateral support without the rigidity of a full hinged brace, so it stays comfortable through a normal range of motion.
Who it's for

Fit note
Sizing is unisex, so if you're petite the sleeve may sit slightly higher on the thigh than expected. Check the size guide against your knee circumference rather than your usual clothing size.

Return Info
- 30 days to request a return from the day your order arrives. Items need to be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging, and include your name and order number inside the parcel.
- For hygiene reasons, we can't accept items removed from sealed packaging unless they arrived faulty or damaged. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or sent in error. Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
